I specialize in real estate & architecture photography. I provide various real estate photography services, including drone photography. Commercial certified and Insured.

I'm located in Taylorsville, Ky and provide real estate photography services throughout the Louisville area. I use professional lighting and I'm skilled at advanced post-processing techniques. You can see samples of my real estate work here.

I FULLY edit all your real estate photos for color balance, proper exposure, and alignment. Contrast, vibrancy, and clarity, and lens distortion which means nice straight verticals. I do TV replacements and gradients, and add flames to fireplaces. If it is a cloudy day, I always add a nice blue sky which appeals more to buyers vs. a gloomy, cloudy sky. I reorder and rename the photos in a logical order for you as if you were walking through the house. I reduce the photos for you so they are ready for the MLS. My turnaround time is fast. I deliver the photos electronically within 24 hours.

Although I am happy to rearrange couch pillows and do some very “light” staging for the photos, the house should be cleaned, de-cluttered and staged before I arrive. House will be shot “as-is.” Re-shoots will incur additional cost.
